During a gala performance in the New York Grand Hyatt Hotel a musical tribute was paid to trombonist Turk Murphy. We see Turk and his band playing 'Mandy make up your mind', a tune initially recorded by Clarence Williams Blue Five in 1924 with Louis Armstrong and Sidney Bechet.Turk had the following musicians in his band: Bob Schulz cornet, Ron Deeter clarinet, Jim Maihack piano, Bill Armstrong banjo, Bill Carroll tuba and Wayne Jones drums
